I have always let mine rest. I have two omega watches that have rested for ten years at a stretch. No moisture, no dust, no rust. Seems rest would not hurt them, am I wrong?........

This is very tight to put over your hand. If your wrist is 6 1/2 inches or er it should fit. It doesn't stretch much. The blue color is much deeper than the picture.

This is an absolutely beautiful watch and great value. My only concern is that I find it very difficult to read the time. The coloring of the dial makes it blend in with the hands and almost impossible to read.
