I received a Colt Chronometre Automatic as a birthday gift and really do not know anything about the watch. This is the only watch I have, not a collector or anything. So I have some questions.1) the users manual doesn't really explain the watches operating features. Is there a place I could read more about how the watch works?2) How often should I be winding the watch. It stops if I leave it off for more that a day or two.3) Does it contain a battery or is it working only on the winding?4) When........

I am a proud owner of two Baume and Mercier timepieces, a stainless Capeland Chronograph and a 14k gold vintage, circa early 70's (I believe they call them feather-weights).
