JLC refurbishing

If any of you remember, I sent a JLC reference #2285 in for refurbishing. I just got the estimate back and it's almost exactly where I thought: $1225 including shipping. Considering this poor thing was literally minutes away from the being melted down and the movement being cannibalized, it's a fair price. Also, if you take into account the price of a new 18K M.U.T. it's a real bargain! I also asked about a few options: an 18K logo buckle is $620 and a matte black croc strap with the JLC log........
