My brand-new Seamaster Professional was running 10 seconds fast a day. I took it to the Omega service center in Toronto, and 20 minutes later I had a watch that gained only 1 - 2 seconds a day. I think +2 seconds a day is quite acceptable. But, yes, the dealer is using a dodge. You paid for COSC standards, and that's what you should get!........
