In Europe IWC is one of the leading luxury watch brands, but not so in the USA where omega, Breitling and a few other luxury brands have much higher brand awareness and sales.I am curious how you became aware of and interested in IWC as a watch brand? Was it forums like the WTF, or word of mouth, or advice from AD, or advertising or ????. For me, I was introduced to IWC by a very close Swiss friend who was skiing with me in Zermatt and we spent the evenings looking in all the jewelery stores /........

I know most times when we hear about a retailer it's to complain, but here's a happy ending. I own(ed) a Tiffany's SS quartz watch. It came on a decent leather band, and a few months later I purchased a croc strap also. Changing straps and battery replacement is free for life at Tiffany's when you purchase one of their items. Well, the only thing that bugged me about my watch was the simple fact it was not an automatic. I went to get some info for a fellow WTF member and saw the new in-hous........
