New to Forum Seeking Knowledge on two Patek Philippe Watches

I came upon these from a client of mine (I deal in coins and currency) and I am studying to understand more about the age, importance and value of these two watches. Reference #2552 and case # 686450 on the Tiffany Patek Philippe and reference #3445/6 and movement 1117147 on the second ( I believe originally purchased in 1971.) Hello to all of you !A nice event of my newly born collection : a Longines machine perfectly working came to me as a present. I was lucky to find a Doxa case that, i hope, temporarily is housing the machine.I am so happy with this new piece of my colection that I will share with you.Could you falks tell me what infos could be gathered regd. this machine?I was told that the original case was a solid gold one that's why dissapeared, probably melted.The machine is a Cal. 12.68Z manual winding , 17 ........
