When to service a omega?

It is a bit of a story but I have a omega that was purchased in 2003 and has never been worn. Does it still need oiling because the recommended five years has passed? Is there a way to do the oiling without the complete disassembly recommended by omega?........

I never had a lot of Seikos, in fact, I know very little about them. I purchased this nice Chrono off the web because I thought it looked very good. I wonder if anyone knows anything about it. It is nicer than it is in actual than in the pictures.........
