First watch
Hi guys, just joined the forum after reading for a few weeks.I've never really worn watches, but always admired them; I've recently been toying with the idea of getting one and started looking on the net. I don't know why but I fancied an Omega over any other make; I love the romance of the watch and it's affiliation with James Bond I suppose. Having recently moved house and whilst I was trawling the net, my wife says that maybe I should leave it this year with all the expense of doing the house........
Finally tried on the 18k Portuguese 7 day
So last week on my trip I had the chance to try on a bunch of new watches, one of which was the 18k rose-gold Portuguese 7 day. I've been looking for one to try on for over a year and finally was able to. First impressions were WOW! The watch looked simply stunning on the wrist. And the size wore larger than expected due to the smaller bezel area & larger face diameter (a big plus for me).I gotta say I was greatly impressed with the look, feel & quality...Now I just need to find one a........
