Orbita Monaco Problem

I purchased a 3 head Monaco Winder from Orbita's website. The winder is barely 2 months old and 2 of the winders make noise in the counter-clockwise direction. One is just noisey, but smooth, the other is noisy and chatters. I have emailed Orbita 2 days ago and have not received a response yet. Has anyone tried to use their warranty? Are they decent to deal with, or do they jack you around? Would 2 days without a response be normal? Any advise?Bob........
