Got a box recently from my friend at my favorite AD's. And no, it wasn't a watch. He's been trying to get me one of these for awhile (probably just to get me to stop bugging him ). I'd had the steel, now I have the gold to go with it tooNow I have choices!!! So the question is now - which one to wear, steel or gold....Or I could just pair them both up with their own pal :D........

It is not real hard to find a thread or threads having to do with a bad experience with CS in these forums. That got me to thinking. Why not have a thread where we could share some good CS stories. I don't mean the easy ones like "I called ABC watch company with a question and the were real nice when they answered it." What I am looking for is a real problem with the watch and or parts and the company did a great job of servicing your problem. Also, as this is a positive CS thread, please don't........
