How to get Atomic Clock reception

I bought a Casio Pathfinder triple sensor watch. Everything performs well except no atomic clock reception. I am located in Sudbury, Ontario, north of Georgian Bay (400 km north of Toronto, Ontario). Wondering what the tricks are to getting watch to pick up signal, or is the signal just too weak. I've stood outside at night and manually activated reception to no effect.........
