What Wrong with the Dial on the Hamilton Taurus ?

I would have love to get her, but the Dial looks discolored, is it too much Sun, or humidity that made it look like this ?Now for what it should look like...Asked the seller if it was a flash effect when taking the photo, but, he verified the watch has this discoloration on the dial...........

I got this watch for my fiance for Christmas and nobody could believe the deal I got on it. It looks great and is really sturdy and it is beautifully presented. Eveeryone thought I spent way more!
