Almost one year ago I had the pleasure of reviewing the Melbourne Watch Company's Portsea models. A play on Marine chronometers, these nautically themed watches had great style, unique elements, a cool movement with calendar complications and a great price. Can anyone tell me alittle about this longines I'm looking at?
It appears to be pretty old but the movement is still quite good. I wanna take an estimate and say it's around the 1950-60 and it does have a gold bezel. After market strap as well. No model was written on it and nothing other than 18k gold stamping on the back as well as longines Swiss made. Could anyone elaborate in this wristwatch or maybe give me a ball park of your price range about it? Thanks for your time and sorry if this thread interrupts your normal thread viewing.-mike........
