Baume & Mercier Women's Catwalk Watch

I've been a lurker here, but I just pulled the trigger on my dream watch...a Benrus Sky Chief with Valjoux 72 movement. An Ebay acquisition. Well.. My first attempt at watch tinkering was a success.. kinda It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. It took me a few seconds to figure how to get the movement out of the case. Then after a long period of staring at the movement through a magnifying glass while watching youtube videos on watch mechanics trying to identify what all the doodads and gizmos are, I discovered that although the watch was wound, the balance wheel had jumped out of its drill holes and jammed itself agains........
