Ok, I'm posting this under modern omega, rather than Vintage. Got a call from the omega Full Service Boutique at Wynn's Las Vegas last Monday. After approximately 5 weeks in Dallas RWSC they had completed the restoration of my 1990 OQ model 17013. New electronics, new dial, new hands and second hand. New tube for crown and other normal service included in a "full service, overhaul". I picked the omega blue dial for the dial trade-in. The original was a grey tapestry with water damage. I've been collecting Hamiltons for several months. I've notice on e-bay that a number of models have a dial that is deep royal blue in color.Are these original to the watch or part of a refinished dial? If original, are they more scarce than other dial versions?........
