Secaucus Omega Service Center experiencetaking too long?
I sent in my Omega Seamaster to the "official" servicing center in Secaucus, NJ. When I called beforehand, they told me I would have the watch back in 4-6 weeks. It's now been 8 weeks, still no watch. When I called them this morning, I was then told it would be at least 2 weeks more before I would get it returned. They said the 4 - 6 weeks promise was contingent on "if all went well and they didn't have to order parts." Order parts? Why would they not have all the parts they need for such ........
