SMP springbars . . . .
If I'm going to be in the boonies or in the surf a lot, I put my 2254 on a Maratac 4-ring Zulu. I used to do the same thing with my Bill Yao-ified Seiko 007k in days of yore, but I had extra-thick springbars on the Seiko since the geometry of the Zulu strap's configuration necessarily places a little more stress on the springbars than a normal 2-piece strap.Anyone know if there are thicker 20-mm springbars for the SMP out there?........
18K rose gold question
Hi, I hope I'm not beating a dead horse here, but i just ordered my 2nd breitling, this one a tt 2008 model cockpit rose gold. I did search here on the forum and read a few posts about 'rolled gold " on bracelets. Guess my question is , did breitling change that procedure at any time, or will my new bracelet be rolled rose gold or solid 18k rose gold ( center links ). I'm a little confused, because i also read on other articles the mentioning of 18k gold and steel bracelet when describing a watc........
