1960s OMEGA - Worth getting repaired?

Greetings all,I recently inherited an Omega in pretty bad condition. Took it into the sole Toronto Authorized Repair shop and they had to ship it out to Switzerland. Lume Dots

I have a problem with the lume dot on the bezel. The metal casing for the dot stays in the bezel, but the lume falls out or is knocked while wearing it. This is my everyday watch. Is there lume material or mix that I can use to repair/fill in the lume dot and where can it get it? I'm tired of sending it back for service. Thanks........
