JC Penny really let me down

Just browsing the bay today and I noticed a couple of watches that are going for $19.99 that are worth much more than that. They are the Victorinox V7-25x's. They use the 251.262 (23 jewel I think) quartz chronograph movement used in high end watches, 200m resistance, sapphire. I had a similar model and the construction was nicethe seller says new but may need batteries, still a heck of a deal on a watch worth far more than $20.
