Real or Fake - any info?
I just inherited a watch from a family friend who passed away, but I have not been able to find any information on it using Google etc and am starting to wonder whether it is a genuine IWC. He wasn't short of a penny so I don't believe he would have knowingly bought something that was not genuine. In the centre of the back it simply says IWC, swiss made, WM-8810. This watch was very nice, but on the computer the face appears to be much ger than what it actually is. I wish the face would be a little ger. But in overall the watch is nice.

Breitling A1732136/G717-leather-green-deployant, Really good!
I bought this watch with a pink face for my wife six years ago. The watch has worked without any issues. The crown is still there and it keeps perfect time. I have heard the manual operated watches do lose a minute, but I don't own any and they are priced much higher.
I bought this watch at Macys and ensured the seller was an authorized dealer. This is a battery operated watch, which will require you to change out the battery every two to three years. Overall maintenance on this particular watch is only required every 10 years. I have the seals checked at an authorized dealer each time I have the battery changed, which only runs apximately $30. This is a great quality watch. We currently have four watches, two Aquaracers and two Formula 1s, not a blem with either one.
