Anyone notice the watch mistake in the movie American Hustle?
My son and I watch the movie American Hustle yesterday and I spotted a fairly big production blunder. The movie was set in the late seventies to early 1980's and as most films do, great attention to detail was made for the characters, sets, and clothing to appear to be period correct. Christian Bale's character wore a yellow gold omega Day-Date which looked reasonably period correct - they didn't show any real close ups of it, but there was nothing glaringly incorrect that I could see. Hey Guys,I saw a cleaning thread a while back and some people mentioned that they use Scrubbing Bubbles to clean their watches. I used it on the bracelet yesterday and it worked pretty good. Just wondering if it is safe to use on the case. It shouldnt affect the case or crystal should it? Just want to check to make sure.Thanks,Brandon........
