AlarmChronograph What does that mean???

I have a Casio marked "Alarmchronograph" what does that mean?. Is it a chronograph only when the alarm is used or is it always a chronograph?. The instruction boolklet that comes with the Casio stated that the accuracy is plus or minuis 30 seconds a month, that is plus or minus 6 minutes a year.. That is hardly chronographic performance. Can anyone clarify the situation?Art KramerWW II Bombardier........
