Stem & Crown Issue :(

My Chase Durer Pilot commander XV is having an issue.......When the screw down crown is all the way screwed down the watch stops running within 30 seconds, but if I leave it unturned about half a turn, it runs just fine. Anyone know what this may be? It has a YM55 quartz movement........

I think this is a beautiful watch. I got it in the turquoise. I would have kept it had it not been so heavy on my wrist. I think if I had worn it for any length of time the weight of it would have bothered me. Otherwise it's gorgeous!

The bracelet is truely beautiful but mine was uncomfortable. There is a leaf in the bangle that is bent towards the wrist and pokes the skin. I can't stand sending back Heidi's Jewlery I love it so much. But back it goes.
