NOS omega Sea Dweller
I had an hour to kill , so I stopped by a omega AD this afternoon....this may end up costing me....they had a couple of pieces that really grabbed my interest.....a new style DSSD, a GMT llC, and an old style Sea Dweller...black bezel, date..but no cyclops. Is the NOS SD something worth grabbing up....because as a wearer I would probably be more in love with the larger pieces....but there was something very nice about that NOS SD.Any Advice?........
Question about Seiko 7S26 movement
From what I know both the Seiko Monster and the Seiko Knights (and others) use a 7s26 movement. But the crowns are in different positions, 4 o'clock for the Monster and 3 o'clock for the Knight, as you can see below:So, are these different variations of the 7s26 movement? Is one a newer one? What other changes have been made? I have only found one good article about the 7s26, but it doesn't really talk of variations.Or, is it the same movement, but just rotated in the case so the crown comes out........
