Anyone know Russian pocket watches?
I have a friend at work from a former Soviet block country. After a recent visit home she returned with a pocket watch. It was rather dirty so I offered to clean it up. My skills are limited so I do not know how to remove the movement from the case. I would like to clean a few loose particles off the dial. Anyone have any thoughts? I removed the stem and case screws but the movement would not fall out.Here are a few pictures.........
