Just ordered Khaki Aviator tachymiler

Just ordered Aviation tachymiler ,white dial, S.S. bracelet . Got it online. I've been looking at this watch for weeks now. My first Valjoux movement. Missed the boat when it went on sale, but called and still got that price. Under $600.00 and should be here in a day or 2 since they're in NY. I'm a little sceptical of ordering online ,but not too many ad's around here , if any. We'll see what happens. Anyway I'll anxiosly be watching for that UPS truck ........

USA Price Increase Coming in October 2011?

I was at a Patek AD yesterday looking at the 5205G. The sales rep informed me that Patek will be increasing their prices again in October 1 by 5-10%. I don't know whether this was a sales ploy or the truth. I know Patek had just increased the prices in February and July of this year. Another price increase in October sounds too soon. Does anyone know if there is any truth in this? If the price increase is confirmed, then I might have to pull the trigger on the 5205 early. Any insight would be ap........

Breitling Breitling 6247, Really good!

This is my second expert purchase from [WEB]. one for me and second for my bro. Both watches arrived before time,in excellent condition. Both watches are working fine. I have leather belt one and my bro has titanium belt one. Both are lightweight. Functions are little bit complex but once you get hold of it, its piece of cake. It looks good on all the occasions. All I can say is that go for it if you are looking for change from designer watches.
