Long time lurker, first time writer. I've been reading the forum for months and finally worked up the courage to ask a question, a fairly ubiquitous one at that. I'm after my first omega and I've settled on the GMT IIc. TT or SS? I'm sure the TT vs. SS question has been asked before. SS speaks to the tool origins of this watch but I'm drawn to the TT version. My brother found this Benrus when he was an HVAC installer almost 20 years ago (I apologize for the bad photo). He gave it to me and it's been in an old cigar box ever since.
