My statement is what I intended it to be, because I was building the case for using the 24-hr hand as the reference for the sun-pointing hour hand. However, your statement also makes sense, because the 24-hr hand will indeed sweep the dial once a day and return to “midnight.” What your comment points out is really an alternative way of using the watch.
