Lord Elgin 760 back from repair.

I just picked up my Lord Elgin 760 today. The watch I had bought last year. It has not been worn since 1966. It had been dropped of for a cleaning back in 1966 and the owner never picked it up. I even have the hand tag. The band is a NOS i purchased for it. 003.jpg004.jpg007.jpg........

Thoughts on this model? I figured out it's from 1935 but am a little stumped on the sub-second variation. Looks like a Hastings except for that sub-second. Am I right in assuming the crown has been replaced? I need to get a guide book soon. Too bad Mr. Rondeau's is $375 on Amazon 489026725_tp.jpg........

This watch has a very large face; however, even with my wrist it still fits. The band is soft flexible leather. I recommend it to anyone wanting a large, sporty looking watch.
