....Longines guts:Okay, so they aren't so greasy. You're looking at the caliber 291 inside my 1960 Conquest date-at-12. It's easily the most boring fantastic movement of it's time. Quite the Plain Jane, huh? IMO, this was the best and most efficient design of the Longines' automatics. Built like a tank and an excellent timekeeper too.
