How to get Atomic Clock reception

I bought a Casio Pathfinder triple sensor watch. Everything performs well except no atomic clock reception. I am located in Sudbury, Ontario, north of Georgian Bay (400 km north of Toronto, Ontario). Wondering what the tricks are to getting watch to pick up signal, or is the signal just too weak. I've stood outside at night and manually activated reception to no effect.........

I love the style and design of this watch, unfortunately the Expansion Stainless Steel Bands is not adjustable and is set for a ger wrist. I returned the next day.

Bought this for a gift for a man in my life but decided to keep it for myself. Clear to read face and nice portion for the larger frame woman. I am 6 ft tall and watches get lost.
