Heirloom Bulova PW

I was visiting my Dad last week, and he pulled out this Bulova PW, calling it one of his favorites from days past (looks like ca. 1950s from the styling). The (glass) crystal is cracked, and needs a new mainspring (and service). Hopefully it will be nice when restored (soon). He didn't have the fob he used with it, unfortunately.This is my only Bulova, by the way...........

It is an excellent watch for someone who enjoys chronograph movement. The quartz is very good yet with this automatic movement one is able to complement the quartz chronograph.

This watch is gorgeous, but for thin wrists only. And be careful, if you get damp the black enamel comes off. I gave it as a gift other wise I would return it.
