I purchased a new Mark XVI about six weeks ago. In the six weeks Ive owned this watch I have only been able to wear it for ten days. Its been at IWC for repairs the rest of the time. I wanted an IWC because of the quality and paid extra for that quality. So far I am very disappointed. Should I expect some kind of compensations from IWC?........

I have this strap, the shark mesh type and well even at its smallest wrist size, its still loose. I was wondering should I snip a row or two. any one ever had to do this........
