Does omega sell genuine parts for modification on authentic watches?

I inherited a ladies omega perpetual datejust that is gold/stainless steel, comes with a gold dial with diamond markers, a gold bezel and has stainless steel and gold bracelet. It was bought from an AD over 10 years ago and is in pristine condition with all papers and documents intactin neverworn condition.I really dislike yellow gold though and would rather have a non-fluted bezel.
