Help me find a good women's watch

I am trying to find a watch for my girl. She's a physician, and so has some particular requirements that would be easy to find in a men's watch, but are proving more difficult in a women's watch. It seems like every watch made for women assumes that they need it encrusted with diamonds and practically without useful features!I'm hoping some nice forum-goers here can point me in the right direction.Requirements:- I don't think quartz/automatic matter.- Preferably no diamonds/gemstones.- Very leg........
