If they purchase a Genuine omega part, i.e. Serti dial and have it installed in the watch by a Certified omega Watchmaker, is the watch considered to have an after market part in it which omega will no longer service without replacing back to the dial as when it left the factory? Technically, omega will not recognize the watch as having a Serti dial, as the Serial number will........

Benrus alarm-crown fell out

I got my Benrus alarm watch yesterday. Everything worked and the alarm was glorious. So I set out to polish it up a bit todaynothing to drastic and when I pulled out the alarm stem to set it, it popped out and now I can't get it back in.In the picture below, it would be the top crown/stem.
