Womans Omega 1961 620 Movt, How Much Is This Watch Worth?
Hello: Awhile Back I bought at a thrift shop a Women OMEGA Mechanical 2 hand watch. This watch is Gold Plated 20 Microns.Well Today I was able to open it up & using the Omega Vint Web site, I saw that this watch is from 1961, 620 Movt, serial # 18225274 17 jewel watch. I must say the Movt is BEAUTIFUL BABY!!! :)Now the watch runs nicely, its clean (I cleaned it when I got it). I was wondering how to figure out how much the watch is worth IF I wanted to sell it, My wife & my mom do not........

And I love it.As far as I know a 1959 movement in a 1960 case. Am I correct in believing that "Baume" were the sole importers of "Longines" in the UK at that time ?What I also wonder is if this model had an actual name?A lot to learn and any/all comments welcome.........
