IWC Portofino, what is going wrong
I purchased a steel IWC Portofino about two years ago. I use an Orbita watch winder when not being worn, and wear this watch about twice a week. About a year ago it stopped working. It started acting sporadically, stopping running, then start up again, then ultimately stopped. It sounded like there were loose parts in there, and clicks when winding manually. I took it in and they sent it back to IWC to be fixed. Now it's doing it again. Wasn't working on the shelf, I wore it into work toda........

For me (finally, a Hamilton after days of wearing my steel IWC cal. 89), this late '30s Rutledge. I have on it a peccary (wild boar) gray strap which appears to be a reasonably good fascimile of the original gray calf strap. Buckle is unfortunately not platinum, however!Oh, here's the IWC!........
