Has anyone had ro send their waatch in for service?

I need to send in My 1 year old Super Avenger for service. It was running about +5 seconds. now it is at +10 seconds. The rotor seems to be making more noise as it free spins. It is under warranty from the AD that I bought it from. Has anyone had to send their watch in to Breitling for repairs? How long of a wait should I expect. Where would you recommend sending it to? Here in the States or to the service center in Switzerland? I hat to send it in but I want it to be right. Any advice or inform........

Great looking, solid and easy to use. Price was very, very reasonable compared to other online prices. Only negative is that the latch on band takes some getting used to.
