987S Hairspring

I bought a somewhat molested Hamilton Secometer with the 987s movement off of ebay.Anyway, it needs a hairspring. Can anyone tell me what what the position of the stud should be in relation to the spoke of the balance wheel?Thanks, Jim........

The watch itself is lovely but the strap is rather stiff and after two weeks or so it has become a bit looser but I still find myself having to re-center it on my arm.
