my first Omega arrived today...

i wasn't planning on any new watches yet, but i saw this and just couldn't resist [IMG][/IMG]........

Worst Service ever!

Today around lunch I found a watchmaker that knew omega and did also sell omega watches. But they are not an authorized omega dealer. They are called Urmaker Askeland for the Norwegian people that might know or heard about them. Anyway I talked with a nice women in the shop. I told her my watch was running 6 seconds too slow so if they could regulate it so it went about 6-8 seconds faster that would be nice. I also asked if they could do a pressure test on the watch. That was no problem either. ........

Very nice watch. Well made and I like the looks. Great price. Wonderful for work (I'm a nurse practitioner and have to wash my hands quite a bit). AFter I adjust the size of the band, it stays high up on my wrist, away from water.

I love the quality and appearance of this watch, however, I found the dial very hard to read with my age 40+ eyes (eyesight is not what it used to be). It looks like a beautiful peice of jewelry, but was not practical for me.
