Open face watches

I was just browsing through some Zenith watches (they so pretty!) and noticed the number of open faced watches they have. I don't think I'm a real fan of the look. Don't get me wrong, I love looking at a nice movement and appreciate the craftsmanship. But I just don't know about how they look as part of the face.I know a lot of people do like them, but was wondering how many felt like I do?........
