Thor redial dilemma

I bought this white Thor last month with the plan to have the poor silver dial re-done as black. (I knowblasphamy.) Well, I finally got around to stripping it and cleaning the dial todayand it cleaned up beautifully. With this in mind, I'd love to hear everyone's opinionbut I am now leaning on keeping it original as it is. (I figure I can always redo it, but I can't ever again make it original.) This is a very ornate piece. It is a beautiful well made piece, however, the wearer must like the glam. I love it but the person I originally purchased it for would not like it. Too bad for me, now I get it for Christmas!
