If you could have any one Omega chronograph, which one would it be? I'm trying to decide which chronograph to seriously consider getting.........
Longines Certified Chronometer
Just managed to snag this one from the 'Bay. My understanding is that Longines didn't certify a whole lot of movements during the early 1970's. The serial number places this model in 1972.The movement is a cal. 6651, which is a derivative of the Ultra Chron 36K beat movements. This one beats a little slower at 28.8K. Some have speculated that chronometer version should have a gold trimmed rotor. This would be true for the cal. 431, but I'm not sure about these later versions.The watch head ........
