Cartier watch setting question

I have a friend who was wearing a Cartier watch. I know nothing of these watches; however, this did appear to be a GMT, as it had the 4th hand. Yet, I could not seem to figure out the movement of setting it. Needless to say, I did not try hard for fear of damaging anything.The numbers on the back of the case were 2377 and 802537Pb.I looked on Cartier's website to see if I could find instructions. No luck.Any ideas?........
