Timekeeper Chronometire Mystery Of Time: Table Clock Art

PO newbie here and could use the omega forum's collective wisdom.1. I've noticed that the caseback some of the PO 45's (orange bezel) has this circle-ish spot, to the right of the word "Ocean" - what is that? See picture for more clarification. 2. What does the red dot on the caseback signify?3. Should the standard steel bracelet that comes with the PO 45 (orange bezel) be marked as "951" or "952"?Thank you!........
