It's been two years since this newest Perp Calendar Chrono was introduced at BaselWorld. When I saw it, I loved it. IMO, simplistic yet bold, elegant with much less clutter than it's predecessor.However, I did not pull the trigger back in 2011. I have heard"way overpriced".. "they didn't sell too many".. "collector's would rather their 5970's".. etc etc. Two years later, does it still carry the same "stigma"? Prices have dropped significantly on them and I am wondering if it is the right time to........
Hamilton Cushion Form - a revival...
I came across this Hamilton last year - I could tell it needed some work, so set it aside for a while. Unfortunately I don't have a "before" picture of the watch at that time, but the crystal was cracked and the dial appeared to need some cleaning, but the case and bezel were in surprisingly good shape - very little wear.
