Stuck bezel on Seamaster Pro

Hey guys,I have myself a Seamaster Pro 2531.80. I bought it second-hand a couple of years ago.The rotating bezel appears to have got stuck in place 4 seconds from the original position. Its starting to get a bit annoying.Is it a case of cleaning it to free it up? Is this something that should be done by a watch master?........

Mt Vernon rotor problem?

My watch was serviced last year but now the rotor seems to stick when it is face up. When it is face down, the rotor doesn't move at all. Does anyone have any advice about how I can solve this problem? Has anyone had the same issues with their Mt. Vernon 7750?........
