AD this week told me he was going to have to bump up the sticker prices on all Omegas this weekend so I couldn't resist this GMT with the 1128 movement. Any ideas how long this movement will be part of the Omega line up? Seems that the trend is towards making the co-axial the primary movement of the future. Calling All Seiko Experts.........
Just inherited an older Seiko from the Father In Law. It's about 36 MM, gold colored case, auto, day/date, 17 jewels. The model number is 7006-8007, S/N 321044. I cleaned up the case with metal polish cleaned the crystal with toothpaste. It looks great. It runs fine but there's a little rattle inside the case, will get that looked at next week. It had been sitting in a desk drawer for many years. Any idea of the age???I'm guessing mid 70's from the shape of the case.........
