Oris BC3 Clicking Sound

Hi- bought a BC3 the other day and after not wearing it for a few days I forgot to wind it to start. I set date and time correctly but now it seems to have a soft clicking noise (similar to changing date noise) every so often when I turn my wrist. Is this normal?ThanksMauro........

I was looking for a durable watch that I could wear at work, and on all occasions away from work. Watch band appears to be quite durable, I don't think I'll ever have to replace it. The Japanese movement is quite accurate.
